This course is aimed at people who are already teaching or are considering teaching and want to ensure that they are doing so safely. The Safe Delivery course gives you the safety elements of teaching and a taster of what the JWAAD Teaching Diploma will be like. The Safe Delivery course does not qualify you as a JWAAD teacher. All the modules covering teaching skills are in a separate course.

This course is now accredited by the One Awards. JWAAD has been recognised as a centre to deliver One Awards accredited learning.
It is an L3 The One Awards logoqualification - which means the content is to 'A' level standard.

JWAAD Centre Registration Number: NO59549
'Safe Delivery of Belly Dance Classes' Unit Number: GC6/3/NO/002

Course participants will have the choice of submitting their portfolio of work for external verification and a certificate issued by the One Awards.

You are expected to be able to execute basic moves clearly in order to teach them, but do not have to be of a high technical level. You can opt to do the course without assessment if you are just doing it for your own learning and enjoyment. You must successfully complete all parts of the course with assessment if you need to achieve the certificate either for MADN insurance or to register for the JWAAD Teaching Diploma.
